Here’s a link to Rhodesia and I at the Addington Winter Regionals.

Lovely writeup in for Lynne Bennett’s Rhodesia in this morning’s Horse and Hound. He’s described as their “one to watch” Very exciting stuff! To view the article please follow the link: Robbie Horse and Hound

What a fantastic outing to Addington today! Rhodesia scored a massive 79% in his Novice bringing the red rosette home. I am absolutely over the moon with him and couldn’t have asked for anymore! The judge marked us with three 9s and commented on him being a pleasure to judge! He will spend the next few days hacking before going back to Addington on Thursday for the open novice freestyle to music regionals. Fingers crossed and once again thanks to Lynne Bennett for allowing me to compete her beautiful boy.

I am happy to say the first Rob Waine Dressage and Widmer Farm Stables dressage competition was a complete success! The mulled wine was flowing with plenty of red faces!! It wasn’t all mince pies and alcohol though….some really good dressage took place! Looking forward to the next in the near future!!

Another day, another clinic! This time it was in a location with a difference. Situated slap bang next to Canary Wharf, London at Mudchute Equestrian Centre. I met some lovely people on equally lovely horses all wanting to learn so much, which makes it all worthwhile. Hoping to be back there in the New Year.

What a day!! Rob aboard Lynn Bennett’s 5 yr old gelding Rhodesia scored a massive 73.88% in the Novice Freestyle at Windmill Farm yesterday, meaning they have qualified for the Winter regionals. This was the pairs first competition together. “I am absolutely over the moon with Robbie, he is such a pleasure to ride. I am very lucky to have been given this opportunity by Lynn!” said Rob. Robbie will now spend the next few weeks hacking before competing again in December.
