Another 1, 2 for Brenda Reddy’s Bambam today at Windmill Farm. Very respectable scores of 73% & 76%!! All qualified for the regionals now.
Another 1, 2 for Brenda Reddy’s Bambam today at Windmill Farm. Very respectable scores of 73% & 76%!! All qualified for the regionals now.
Not one for being left out, Brenda Reddy’s BamBam posted high scores in both Novice classes at Merrist Wood today. 74% & 75% was awarded to the pair for their tests. This was the first time out for Rob & BamBam since Brenda bought the horse, formally owned by Olympic gold medalist Natasha Baker.
It was a 1, 2 for Lynne Bennett’s Rhodesia at Windmill Farm today. First time out since the nationals, he didn’t disappoint! Winning E59 with an amazing score of 78%!!! Then taking second place in M75 with just over 70%, not bad for only his third medium!!! “I am absolutely over the moon”, said a belated Rob. “He just keeps getting stronger and stronger at each level”. Rhodesia is now qualified for the Summer regional championships at Elementary and Medium.
Wow, Wow, Wow!!! The Winter Championships were a great success!! Elementary Open National Champion!!!! Words can not explain what I felt when the final score came in and the confirmed I had won!! Special thanks has to go to Lynne, Kelly, my fab friends and amazing sponsors who all made it down to support us. It wouldn’t be possible without the help of a great team behind me.
Well he has gone and done it again!!! A win for Rob and Rhodesia today at the Winter regionals, a massive….79.54%!!!! Lots of 9s on the sheet and even a 9.5 for his walk!!! Nearly at that infamous 10… A ticket to the Winter Championships in April and our 3rd regional title.
Another fantastic day competing aboard Lynne Bennett’s Rhodesia, this time at Quainton Stud. Ele 45 1st on 70.69% and Ele 59 1st with just shy of 73%!!! Sets us up well for our regionals at Patchetts next week.

What a great pre regional warmup at Patchetts Equestrian Centre today. Rhodesia pulled a stonker and achieved a personal best in the Novice Open Freestyle with a score of…..86%!!! He also pulled in 73% in the Elementary Freestyle! Lots of carrots for him tonight
I am very very lucky, today was my first lesson with Carl Hester!! Need I say more….He absolutely loved Rhodesia, commented that he was well trained and really had it all!! We are back again in January 😀
